2JayBet Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

By accessing or using any part of the 2JayBet platform – including browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming any bonus – you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is legally binding.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using 2JayBet immediately and not register an account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of all Terms, including any updates made by 2JayBet.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional terms that may be published separately on the 2JayBet platform. 2JayBet is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make deposits, or participate in any game or betting activity on 2JayBet. There are no exceptions to this rule.

• You must be a natural person (not a company or automated system) to hold a 2JayBet account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You confirm that gambling or online betting is not prohibited for you personally under any law, regulation, court order, or institutional rule that applies to you.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in 2JayBet activities complies with any applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.

2JayBet reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned at 2JayBet's discretion. Any person who knowingly assists a minor in accessing or using 2JayBet may be permanently banned from the platform.

Each individual may only hold one (1) active account on 2JayBet. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be voided.

When registering your 2JayBet account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• Not register using false, borrowed, or fabricated identity details.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Notify 2JayBet immediately at support@2jaybet.app if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that takes place in your account, whether or not authorised by you.

2JayBet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you receive any communication asking for your password, please report it to our support team immediately. 2JayBet cannot be held liable for losses resulting from players sharing their account credentials with third parties.

All transactions on 2JayBet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion, foreign exchange markup, or dollar-equivalent billing. What you deposit in PKR is exactly what appears in your 2JayBet wallet.

Accepted deposit methods on 2JayBet include:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital wallet
• SadaPay digital wallet
• IBFT bank transfer (all major Pakistani banks supported)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no deposit fee charged by 2JayBet. Your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own charges; 2JayBet has no control over and no liability for third-party transaction fees.

Deposits are credited to your 2JayBet wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash) are typically instant. IBFT transfers may take a few minutes depending on bank processing times. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable time, contact the 2JayBet support team with the transaction reference number.

Withdrawals from your 2JayBet account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to another verified method in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Standard withdrawal timelines on 2JayBet are:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically within 10–30 minutes of approval.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 30–60 minutes of approval.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Typically within 1–4 hours, subject to banking hours.
• Visa/Mastercard: Typically 1–3 business days, subject to the issuing bank's processing schedule.

2JayBet does not charge a withdrawal processing fee for standard amounts. Before any withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account identity must be verified (CNIC or valid government ID).
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or the bonus must be forfeited before a withdrawal is approved.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available (unrestricted) wallet balance.

2JayBet reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for large withdrawal requests. This is a standard compliance procedure and is not a reflection of any suspicion of wrongdoing by the player.

2JayBet offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each individual promotion. The following general bonus rules apply at all times unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus funds may be withdrawn once wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Each promotion page will state the exact wagering requirement.
• 2JayBet reserves the right to cancel, modify, or expire any bonus at any time. Players will be notified of any material change to an active bonus they are currently working through.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Players found to be systematically exploiting bonus terms – through the creation of multiple accounts, coordinated bonus hunting with other players, or any other method – will have bonuses revoked and accounts reviewed.
• Only one active welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be closed and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.

All games and betting markets on 2JayBet are governed by the specific rules published for each game or market in addition to these Terms. By placing any bet or participating in any game, you agree to have read and understood the applicable rules.

General rules that apply across all 2JayBet games and betting markets include:

• All bets placed on 2JayBet are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled after it has been accepted by the platform, except in specific circumstances outlined in individual game or market rules (such as a PSL match abandonment policy).
• The minimum bet amount across most 2JayBet markets is Rs 50. Individual markets or game tables may have higher minimum stakes as stated on the relevant page.
• RNG (Random Number Generator) games on 2JayBet use independently certified software. Results are genuinely random and cannot be influenced by any player or by 2JayBet.
• Live dealer games use physical cards and real croupiers. The video feed is the definitive record for any dispute about live game outcomes.
• 2JayBet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or in a market where an obvious error in odds or game configuration occurred. Players will be notified and stakes returned promptly.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or live bet, 2JayBet's records of game state at the time of the failure are used to determine the outcome. If a fair result cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 2JayBet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent banning from the platform:

• Creating more than one account per individual.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 2JayBet platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live games or betting markets.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund a 2JayBet account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the 2JayBet platform.
• Abusing bonus terms through coordinated multi-account exploitation.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts without authorisation.
• Any conduct that 2JayBet reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the games.

2JayBet takes the security and fairness of its platform extremely seriously. Accounts suspected of prohibited conduct may be suspended immediately pending investigation, even before a final determination is made.

2JayBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or abuse of promotions.
• A player providing false or unverifiable identity information.
• A player being found to be under 18 years of age.
• A player requesting self-exclusion under 2JayBet's responsible gaming tools.
• Legal or regulatory requirements that necessitate account closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 2JayBet account can do so by contacting the support team. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to verification requirements being met.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 2JayBet reserves the right to retain all balances pending investigation. The player will be notified of the outcome and any refunds will be processed at 2JayBet's discretion.

• Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 2JayBet's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment system downtime, or events of force majeure).
• Any losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own account credentials.
• Inaccuracies in any information provided by third parties, including odds data providers or live score services.

2JayBet's total liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms, for any reason, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 2JayBet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

2JayBet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 2JayBet will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Where possible, notify active players via email or in-platform notification prior to changes taking effect.

Continued use of the 2JayBet platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any update, you must stop using 2JayBet and request account closure before the updated Terms take effect.
